GPFD 2013

Submissions closed at midnight (end of day) 26 March 2013 (AEDT).

The opening round of GPFD will open on 6 February 2013. You are invited to submit your GPFD Concept Proposal through the online application form which is hosted on the SmartyGrants website. You need to register first before you can commence an application. You will use an email address as the username and will need to enter a password. Some applicants may find it useful to use a group-email address to enable collaboration.

Please note that you must attempt all questions, however if you feel that a question is not applicable to your Concept Proposal, you may enter the text “not applicable” with a brief explanation. You are not required to complete your application in one session, but be sure to save your work before closing. Make sure you submit your application when it is completed. Applications which are commenced but not submitted, or are incomplete at the time concept proposal applications close (11.59pm AEDT, 26 March 2013), may be deemed ineligible at the discretion of the GPFD Secretariat.

Please note that a member of the GPFD Secretariat may request permission (via email) to access your application in progress, before it is submitted. This helps us to plan for the next stages of the round. There is no obligation to give permission and any data on the unsubmitted application is owned by the applicant until they officially submit the application.

All applications can be exported into PDF formats and saved for the purpose of back-up and record keeping.

Applications (ie, submission of the Concept Proposal) will close at 11.59pm Australian Eastern Daylight (Canberra) Time on 26 March 2013.
